Mr Michael Chika Enyinnaya

Mr. Michael Chika Enyinnaya is a seasoned professional who has not only acquired legal knowledge, but also distinguished himself in so many academic disciplines. He obtained his first degree, Bachelor of Art (B.A Hons) in philosophy from the prestigious University of Lagos, He immediately proceeded to the great Lagos State University, Ojo, where he obtained a master’s Degree in Public Administration from the Faculty of Management sciences.
In a bid to acquire more knowledge, Mr. Enyinnaya went back to the university of Lagos to study Law where he eventually obtained a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) and immediately proceeded to the Nigerian Law school, Lagos Campus, Victoria Island, where he had his complete legal training and was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister at Law (B.L) He is also an Associate member, Chartered institute of Arbitrators, ACIArb (UK).
Before joining the firm, he has had stints of legal training with Rickey Tarfa & Co. His core area of interest are Corporate/Commercial Practice, Real Estate and Probate Practice, Aviation Law, Oil & Gas Law, Intellectual Property Law, ADR & Litigation among other areas of Law. He currently leads the Firm’s ADR & Litigation and Real Estate & Probate Practice Groups.

Ifeoma Esther Enyinnaya

Ifeoma obtained her Bachelor of Laws and Barrister at Law Degree from the University of Lagos and the Nigerian Law School, Lagos Campus, respectively, bagging a Second Class Honors (Upper Division) in both instances, Through the years, her professional career has seen her traverse the sphere of corporate and commercial Law Practice, Aviation, Litigation, Real Estate & Infrastructure and family Law. Before founding Country Hill Attorneys & Solicitors, she had previously worked with the Law Offices of Frank Amadi & Co, Punuka Attorneys & Solicitors, Mike Ozekhome (SAN) & Co. and with the Edo State Ministry of Justice as a State Counsel in the Civil Litigation Department. She is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK).

Chidiebere P. U. Onwukwe

An alumnus of the Abia State University and the Nigerian Law School, Lagos Campus, Chidiebere was called to the Nigerian Bar close to three decades ago. In the course of his legal career, he has garnered invaluable experience in Litigation, Corporate and Commercial Law Practice, Real Estate & Infrastructure, Taxation, Aviation, Arbitration and Mediation. Before joining the firm, he has had stints with the Rivers State Ministry of Justice and the Law Offices of Due Ajala & Associates and TDX Associates.

UGOCHUKWU CHARLES KANU

Called to the Nigerian Bar in 2005, Kanu holds a Masters Degree L.L.M from Northumbria University Newcastle, England, United Kingdom, He also attended the University of Nigeria Nsukka from where he obtained his L.L.B Degree with Honors in 2004. Prior to his L.L.B degree he had obtained a Diploma in Law certificate (OND) From Rivers State college of Arts & Science Port-Harcourt, Nigeria in 1997.

With his active years in Practice, He is highly experienced in Advocacy, Commercial Law, Company Law, Contract Law, Electronic Commerce Law, Corporate Practice, Conveyance, Fundamental Human rights Enforcement cases, Election petition Cases, International Trade Law, International Commercial Law, Law of Insurance amongst others, Prior to joining the firm, he has had stints with the Legal Department of National Assembly of Federal Republic of Nigeria Abuja- Machukwu SAN,Ola Olanipekun SAN & Co among others.
He has published many Academic Articles and Journals. He is a Lecturer at the Nigerian Law School, Lagos where he is an expert in Criminal Litigation.

Kelechi Casimir Okeke, LL.B, BL,

Kelechi obtained his Bachelor of Laws Degree with honors from Anambra State University, ULI, now Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University Ul, Anambra State in 2013.

He proceeded to Nigerian Law School, Yola campus, and was called to Nigerian Bar in November 2014.

Prior to joining Country Hill, he worked with L’avocat Legal Practitioners and IOL, He currently works in the litigation, Corporate and Commercial law practice, Real Estate, Aviation, Family, and Human rights law Department of the Firm.

JENNIFER OMEZUE IGBOKWE LLB, BL

Jennifer obtained her Bachelor of law and barrister at law Degree from Imo State University and the Nigerian Law School Bayelsa campus respectively.

She began her legal career at Diegbe & Associate Abuja before proceeding to join Country Hill Attorneys & Solicitors. She has her interest in Corporate and Commercial Law, Human Rights, Family Law and Real Estate.

Margaret Elumelu LLB

Margaret is an avid litigator who holds an LLB Hons) Law degree from Nottingham Trent University; UK. (2015) She was Called to the Nigerian bar in 2016 She is a great Communicator and a dedicated team player whose calm disposition help in appreciating, Analyzing, and resolving challenging legal issues. Margaret has a robust corporate

compliance skills and broad knowledge of dispute resolution, international law, international relations, government affairs, sustainable development, commercial law & real estate law.

Margaret previously worked at Kola Awodin and Co. as a Legal counsel in the litigation department. She has handled several Appeal matters amounting to success Competently providing legal.

advisory services to the Central Bank of Nigeria and other commercial banks. Amongst others,

rendering a legal opinion on diverse matters, and liaising with regulatory authorities for regulatory.

Williams Chinwendu Joseph Okere ESQ

TIWALADE O. MOSANYA

Tiwalade obtained her undergraduate degree (LL.B) from Lagos State University and her professional degree (B.L) at the Nigerian Law School Kano Campus (Bagauda) respectively.

She began her legal Career at Allianz Solicitors, Abuja before proceeding to Yinka Mosanya & Co. Ebutte Metta, Lagos. She also worked at Horizon Attorneys in Lagos Island before proceeding to LawPavilion Business Solutions working in 3 different departments (Digital Transformation department, Strategic & Industry Engagement and Marketing Communications & Strategic Engagement department).

She is currently an Associate in Country Hill Attorneys and Solicitors. With about 4 (four) years in the practice of law, she has developed the requisite expertise, knowledge and experience in Corporate and Commercial Practice, Dispute Resolution, Probate Practice, Property Practice, Matrimonial Matters, Banking & Finance and general commercial arrangements. She also breeds interest in finance and business management.

Echibuogu Chinonyerem Blessing

Chinonyerem is an Associate in the Firm’s litigation, corporate and commercial Law practice.
She finished from Nigerian Law school (Lagos Campus) after successfully passing the Bar finals with a Second Class and she also graduated from Abia State University with Second Class Upper Division and a distinction in her thesis on the Enhancing Access to Justice and Legal Aid.
Before she joined Country hill Attorneys and Solicitors, she had worked in the firms of Bayo Ojo & Co, M. B. Abiola & Co. She is interested in Litigation (criminal and civil), Corporate Practice, Real Estate and Arbitration.
