Mr Michael Chika Enyinnaya
Mr. Michael Chika Enyinnaya is a seasoned professional who has not only acquired legal knowledge, but also distinguished himself in so many academic disciplines. He obtained his first degree, Bachelor of Art (B.A Hons) in philosophy from the prestigious University of Lagos, He immediately proceeded to the great Lagos State University, Ojo, where he obtained a master’s Degree in Public Administration from the Faculty of Management sciences.
In a bid to acquire more knowledge, Mr. Enyinnaya went back to the university of Lagos to study Law where he eventually obtained a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) and immediately proceeded to the Nigerian Law school, Lagos Campus, Victoria Island, where he had his complete legal training and was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister at Law (B.L) He is also an Associate member, Chartered institute of Arbitrators, ACIArb (UK).
Before joining the firm, he has had stints of legal training with Rickey Tarfa & Co. His core area of interest are Corporate/Commercial Practice, Real Estate and Probate Practice, Aviation Law, Oil & Gas Law, Intellectual Property Law, ADR & Litigation among other areas of Law. He currently leads the Firm’s ADR & Litigation and Real Estate & Probate Practice Groups.

Ifeoma Esther Enyinnaya
Ifeoma obtained her Bachelor of Laws and Barrister at Law Degree from the University of Lagos and the Nigerian Law School, Lagos Campus, respectively, bagging a Second Class Honors (Upper Division) in both instances, Through the years, her professional career has seen her traverse the sphere of corporate and commercial Law Practice, Aviation, Litigation, Real Estate & Infrastructure and family Law. Before founding Country Hill Attorneys & Solicitors, she had previously worked with the Law Offices of Frank Amadi & Co, Punuka Attorneys & Solicitors, Mike Ozekhome (SAN) & Co. and with the Edo State Ministry of Justice as a State Counsel in the Civil Litigation Department. She is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK).

Chidiebere P. U. Onwukwe
An alumnus of the Abia State University and the Nigerian Law School, Lagos Campus, Chidiebere was called to the Nigerian Bar close to three decades ago. In the course of his legal career, he has garnered invaluable experience in Litigation, Corporate and Commercial Law Practice, Real Estate & Infrastructure, Taxation, Aviation, Arbitration and Mediation. Before joining the firm, he has had stints with the Rivers State Ministry of Justice and the Law Offices of Due Ajala & Associates and TDX Associates.
UGOCHUKWU CHARLES KANU
Called to the Nigerian Bar in 2005, Kanu holds a Masters Degree L.L.M from Northumbria University Newcastle, England, United Kingdom, He also attended the University of Nigeria Nsukka from where he obtained his L.L.B Degree with Honors in 2004. Prior to his L.L.B degree he had obtained a Diploma in Law certificate (OND) From Rivers State college of Arts & Science Port-Harcourt, Nigeria in 1997.
With his active years in Practice, He is highly experienced in Advocacy, Commercial Law, Company Law, Contract Law, Electronic Commerce Law, Corporate Practice, Conveyance, Fundamental Human rights Enforcement cases, Election petition Cases, International Trade Law, International Commercial Law, Law of Insurance amongst others, Prior to joining the firm, he has had stints with the Legal Department of National Assembly of Federal Republic of Nigeria Abuja- Machukwu SAN,Ola Olanipekun SAN & Co among others.
He has published many Academic Articles and Journals. He is a Lecturer at the Nigerian Law School, Lagos where he is an expert in Criminal Litigation.
Dr Viashima Simon Akaayar
Dr. Akaayar is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Commercial and Industrial Law of the Faculty of Law, University of Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria,where he has taught various commercial and industrial law subjects, including Company Law, Law of Contract, Law of Insurance, Law of Banking and Labour Law. He is widely published with several chapters in books and articles in reputable journals.
Dr. Akaayar obtained a Diploma in Law (DIL) from Benue State University (BSU) with 2nd Class (Upper Division) in 1999. He later graduated from the same BSU with a 2nd Class (Upper Division) Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) in 2004. He passed the Nigerian Bar Examination with 2nd Class (Upper Division) and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2006. He subsequently obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Commercial and Industrial Law from University of Lagos, in 2010 and 2014, respectively. In his over a decade of legal practice, he has worked with the law offices of IVG Simmons & Associates, which he founded, Abayomi Kuku & Co and Akin Adesomoju & Co. He had also, at a time, served with the Lagos State Ministry of Justice under the then Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, SAN (now Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria). A stickler for academic excellence, Dr. Akaayar was, in 2008, awarded a Teaching Assistant Fellowship by the University of Lagos and the Nigeria-Sao Tome Postgraduate Scholarship Award. He was a Visiting Scholar to the Centre for Commercial Law Studies (CCLS), Queen Mary University of London, and Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, London, United Kingdom in 2013. A member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and the Nigeria Association of Law Teachers (NALT), Dr. Akaayar has attended several national and international conferences on law and regulation, and his contributions have led to several policy reforms in Nigeria. He currently leads the firm’s Corporate & Commercial and Intellectual Property Practice Groups.
Lawal Olaitan Alabi
Lawal Olaitan Alabi is a NOTARY PUBLIC who obtained his LL.B degree from USMANU DANFODIYO UNIVERSITY, SOKOTO (UDUS) and attended Law School, Abuja Campus. He has garnered diverse experience since his call to bar over a decade ago in Advocacy, Insolvency, Corporate Practice, Election Petition, Conveyance, Fundamental Human Right Enforcement Action, Criminal Law and ADRs. Prior to joining Country Hill Attorneys & Solicitors, he has had stints with AOS PRACTICE, a firm of a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, and also acquired vast experience at CHIEF ADEMUYIWA ADENIYI & CO., a leading law firm in Ondo State.
He is a Senior Associate of the firm and currently the Head of the Real Estate and Probate Practice of the firm.
Muhammad Ndakudu Adam
Adam holds a First Class Degree in Law from the University of Ilorin and a Second Class Upper Degree from the Nigerian Law School. In 2015, Adam was honoured as the Best Overall Student in Jurisprudence and International Law and, in 2016, as the Overall Best Student in Civil Litigation by the University of Ilorin and the Council of Legal Education, respectively – the latter serving as a testament to his membership of the Law Clinic and his service as one of ten group leaders of the Lagos Campus of the Nigerian Law School, respectively. He has interests in Litigation and Arbitration, Human Rights Law, Election Petitions, Corporate and Commercial Law Practice, Property Law Practice, Administrative Law and Constitutional Law. He has previously worked with the Law Office of K. K. Eleja (SAN) & Co. He belongs to the firm’s ADR & Litigation and Corporate & Commercial practice Groups, and leads its intellectual property practice Group.

Oyindamola A. Omolayo
Oyindamola is an Associate in the Firm’s litigation, Corporate and Commercial Law Practice. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2017 having obtained her B. L from the Nigerian Law School with a Second Class (Upper Division) and from Afe Babalola University in 2016 also with a Second Class (Upper Division) and a distinction in her Thesis on ‘The Doctrine of Privity of Contract in ICT Based Transactions’.
Prior to joining Country Hill Attorneys and Solicitors, she had worked in the firms of Udom & Udom Legal Practitioners & Notaries Public, Fola Akinrisola, Ojo & Co, Etc. She has a keen interest in Maritime Law, International Law, Corporate and Commercial Law Practice, Intellectual Property, Real Estate and Arbitration. She is a Member of the Nigerian Society of International Law.
Chioma Ezinne Adiele
Chioma is a first class graduate of Law from the Prestigious Afe Babalola University. Chioma won various awards emerging as the Best graduating student in Commercial Law, Nigerian Land Law Nigerian Legal Practice and the Law of Commercial transactions in 2016.
She proceeded to attend the Nigerian Law School, Lagos Campus where she obtained a Barrister at Law Degree. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2017.
Chioma began her Legal career at Jireh & Greys Attorneys before Joining Country Hill Attorneys & Solicitors. She has interests in Dispute Resolution, Corporate and Commercial Law Practice, Health Law and Real Estate.
She belongs to the firm’s Corporate & Commercial, Real Estate, ADR and Litigation Practice Groups.
EMENIKE MAXWELL DUGWU
Emenike Maxwell Dugwu obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) Degree from the Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) and subsequently obtained a Barrister at Law Degree from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos Campus.
Emenike is a hardworking lawyer who has practical experience in the field of law coupled with an excellent attribute of being an outstanding and reliable team player that can thrive in a dynamic work environment that offers rewarding possibilities.
He has interest in Litigation in its varied aspects, Corporate, Criminal, Commercial, Human Rights, Family Law practice, Probate matters and Recovery of loans for individual and corporate clients.
He has worked in the law office of Ladipo Ojo & Co. and in the law firm of Ejike Okpe & Associate where he practiced as an Associate Counsel respectively.
JENNIFER OMEZUE IGBOKWE LLB, BL
Jennifer obtained her Bachelor of law and barrister at law Degree from Imo State University and the Nigerian Law School Bayelsa campus respectively.
She began her legal career at Diegbe & Associate Abuja before proceeding to join Country Hill Attorneys & Solicitors. She has her interest in Corporate and Commercial Law, Human Rights, Family Law and Real Estate.
TIAMIYU SAMUEL OLUWASEHUN, LLB, BL, ACIArb (UK)
Samuel is a First Class graduate from the Nigerian Law School. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University with a Second Class (Upper Division). He is currently a member of the International Chamber of Commerce Young Arbitrators’ Forum (ICC-YAF); Lagos Court of Arbitration Young Arbitrators’ Network(LCA-YAN). He has a keen interest in Arbitration, Real Estate, Corporate Commercial law, Maritime law, Litigation, among others.
He currently works in the firm’s Corporate & Commercial, Real Estate, ADR and Litigation practice groups.
Ajayi Motunrayo Mojibola LL.B, B.L
Motunrayo is an Associate in the Firm’s litigation, corporate and commercial Law practice.
She finished from Nigerian Law school(Lagos Campus) after successfully passing the Bar finals with a First class and she also graduated from Ekiti State University with Second Class Upper Division and a distinction in her thesis on the Relevancy and Admissibility of Electronically Generated Evidence.
Before she joined Country hill Attorneys and Solicitors, she had worked in the firms of P.P Monde & co,Taiwo Ogumoroti & Co. She is interested in Litigation (criminal and civil), Real Estate and Arbitration.
Olajumoke B. Agbede, LL.B, B.L, ICMC
Olajumoke is an Associate in the firm’s litigation corporate and commercial Law practice department, she was called to the Nigerian Bar in November 2018 having obtained her B.L from the Nigerian Law School with a First Class Honours and from Adekunle Ajasin University in 2017 with a second Class )Upper Division)
She was the head of the Child Right Group of the Akungba Law Clinic.
Prior to joining Country Hill Attorneys and Solicitors, Olajumoke worked at the Chancery strand Lyon and associates, She has a keen interest in Corporate, Commercial practice, criminal practice, Real Estate and Alternative Dispute Resolution. She is an Associate of the Institute Chartered Mediators and Conciliators. And also a Member of the Nigerian Society of International Law Association.
